Soul Ground Healing may process personal data when you use our services, request an intake session, complete a contact form, or subscribe to our newsletter. This may include your name, email address, phone number, address details, information shared during intake sessions, and notes stored in a confidential client file.

3. Purpose of Data Processing

Personal data is processed for the following purposes: scheduling and conducting sessions, maintaining client records, communication regarding appointments, administrative and financial processing, and sending newsletters to individuals who have subscribed.

4. Sensitive Personal Information

During conversations or sessions, personal or sensitive information may be shared. This information is treated with strict confidentiality and is only used to provide appropriate guidance and support.

5. Data Retention

Client records are stored for a maximum period of five (5) years after the last session. Administrative records and invoices are stored for seven (7) years in accordance with legal tax obligations. Newsletter subscription data is retained until a person unsubscribes.

6. Data Security

Soul Ground Healing takes appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse, unauthorized access, or disclosure. Data is stored on secure devices and systems.

Terms and Conditions

1. Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to all services, sessions, consultations, and guidance provided by Soul Ground Healing.

2. Nature of the Services

Soul Ground Healing offers energetic healing, coaching, and consciousness-based guidance. These services are intended to support personal growth and well-being and do not replace medical, psychological, or professional healthcare treatment.

3. Personal Responsibility

Clients remain fully responsible for their own choices, actions, and interpretations during and after sessions.

4. Appointments and Cancellation

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled session. If a session is cancelled later than 24 hours before the appointment, or in the case of a no-show, the full session fee may be charged.

5. Payment

Payment must be made within the agreed timeframe as stated on the invoice or as agreed in advance.

6. Confidentiality

All information shared during sessions is treated with strict confidentiality unless disclosure is required by law.

7. Liability

Soul Ground Healing cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from participation in sessions or from applying insights or guidance obtained during the sessions.

8. Changes to the Terms

Soul Ground Healing reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. The most recent version will always be available on the website.
